The research center currently focuses on the following five research directions:
.Intelligent construction of urban disaster scenes caused by earthquakes and climate change;
.Intelligent acquisition of information on buildings (groups) and urban infrastructure, and rapid assessment of damage;
.Modeling of building (group) and infrastructure engineering systems, resilience assessment, and risk analysis;
.Resilience design methods and enhancement technologies for buildings (groups) and urban infrastructure;
.Coupling of engineering systems and socio-economic systems, and resilience assessment of urban mega-systems.
